For Potential School Leaders
SUCCESSION PLANNING/NATIONAL COLLEGE
The Diocesan Education Service is working closely with the National College to develop succession planning in schools. The college have given money to our region for three specific areas of this work for both Catholic and Anglican Dioceses.
Taste and See events provide an opportunity to gain insight into the distinctive nature of leadership in a Church school. They cater for a broad range of participants who aspire to leadership, ranging from teachers considering applying for middle management positions, through to those already in senior leadership roles considering a promoted post.

A residential conference for post NPQH will be held at the National College in 2011 with dates still to be arranged. Further information will be sent when available.
Our own Leadership programme for future leaders is taking place as usual, as is the Leadership in Church Schools programme funded by National College which ran successfully last year.
