This booklet is designed for all those who make judgements on the standard of pupils’ work in RE in Catholic schools and colleges.
It aims to assist teachers in making accurate judgements of the standards pupils are attaining, to help improve the quality of teaching and learning and to help identify continuity and progression in teaching and learning throughout the levels. It contains level descriptors and exemplification paragraphs for levels 1-7 and examples of children’s work to show the standards of achievement in RE.
