Primary Capital Programme
The aim of the Primary Capital Programme is to remodel, refurbish or rebuild half of Primary schools. Funding started in 2008 and will run for 15 years.
All LAs and dioceses will benefit through a formula funding approach. Unlike BSF VA schools will be grant funded at 90% and there will be a governors’ contribution of 10%.
